Her therapeutic focus includes life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, and career across the lifespan. Her intent is to empower individuals to achieve their goals by drawing on the core therapeutic orientation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and integrating competencies and modalities as needed.
